Winner will be selected in a random drawing
to be conducted on the 31st of May, 2007.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to win. There will be one Grand Prize Winner
selected who will receive their choice of 1 0f 2 rare Custom BUZZWATER
Custom Hot-Rods ($30,000 approx value) or $20,000 cash. The currency shall
be based on the winners country of residing origin
Winners will be notified by phone and will be required to execute an
Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability which must
be returned within 30 days of notification. In the event of non-compliance,
or if the winner cannot be reached at the email or mailing address or by
phone on winner's entry, the prize will be forfeited. No prize transfer
permitted.
In order to win this prize, residents of Canada, and the United States Of
America, will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question by
recorded phone contact. A skill testing question will be asked from the
information found on The Profile Page or The Caffeine Advantage Page on this
site.
Must be 18 years of age to win the cars.
Hold A Valid Drivers Licence.
Winners of the cars must sign a standard liability release.

By participating and accepting a prize, so
long as there is no legal prohibition, winner agrees to the use of his/her
name, city or residence, photograph, or any likeness for advertising or
publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to
him/her relating to The BUZZWATER Company contest for promotion, and
releases any and all rights to said use without further compensation.
Taxes, vehicle ownership transfer and shipping are the sole responsibility
of the winner. In regards to the vehicle, the car must be picked up from
Hamilton, Ontario, Canada 45 days from winning the contest
notification. Entries must be 18 years or older at time of entry to be
eligible for the car and hold a valid drivers license. The BUZZWATER
Company Directors, Affiliates and families are not eligible. Only one free
entry per person, via e-mail or mail.
